Originally from small town Ontario, I am currently a Killam Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Alberta. Before joining Alberta, I held positions at the University of Lisbon and Ruhr-Universität Bochum. I was Visiting Research Fellow at the Institue of Philosophy at the University of London in 2023. I received my PhD in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh in 2020. My research sits largely within the areas of philosophy of mind and cognitive science, with additional interests in the philosophy of science and AI. When not philosophising, I enjoy playing ice hockey, petting office dogs, and exploring all that the great outdoors has to offer. |
